500 _aWell London's DIY Happiness Game was designed and developed by South London and Maudsley NHS Trust and Uscreates, as a way of sharing some of the advice and information collected through the DIY Happiness Project, a programme with people who wanted to know more about happiness and well-being. Up to ten people can play the game at any one time and each player takes a turn to roll the dice and pick up a themed tip card. Each set of tip cards is colour-coded to link to a dimension of well-being, body, mind spirit, people, place and planet and the object of the game is to collect a full set of 6 differently-themed cards. The game cards give the players a series of practical tips on how to incorporate more happiness into their daily lives. Players are also encouraged to share their own experiences and give other players tips. To prompt people to experiment with new behaviour players are encouraged to pledge to try the tip, either while they play, in the next 24 hours, or sometime in the following week. The DIY Happiness Game consists of 1 pop-up stand, 1 t-shirt, 2 buntings, 1 game pack, 2 extra cards, 40 give-away Oyster wallets.
