<span style="font-size: 8pt;"><span style="line-height: 18.719999313354492px;">Fletcher factor deficiency (low plasma prekallikrein level) is a rare clotting defect characterised by a prolonged partial thromboplastin time (APTT)&nbsp;</span><em style="line-height: 18.719999313354492px;">in&nbsp;vitro</em><span style="line-height: 18.719999313354492px;">&nbsp;but normal thrombin and bleeding times.
