Funded by the Department of Health and developed with the help of black and ethnic minority organizations and health professionals, ""Caring for Everyone"" looks at the meaning of equal access to health care, the effects of racism and the responsibilities under the 1976 Race Relations Act. Ways of managing and supporting change to achieve equal access are also reviewed. |
